These terms apply to every purchase made from ROCHE STORE and to your use of this website. By placing an order you accept them.
Products and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax until tax is calculated at checkout.
We make every effort to describe and price products accurately. If a listing contains an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment taken.
Stock counts are shown per product and per option. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; availability is confirmed when your order is created.
Orders and payment
An order is formed when payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Until then the order is recorded as pending payment.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud, abuse or a pricing error is suspected, and we will refund any amount already taken.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping charges are shown before payment.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not a guarantee.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within the published returns window so we can resolve it.
Returns and refunds
Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within the published returns window. The returns policy forms part of these terms.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after a returned item is received and inspected.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the store's place of business, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
