Orders are prepared after payment clears and shipped within the United States. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier once your parcel is in transit. Your order's tracking details appear on the track order page as soon as they are assigned.

A flat shipping rate applies to orders below the free shipping threshold. The exact charge for your cart is always shown on the cart and checkout pages before you pay, and it is confirmed by the server when your order is created.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on their hosted checkout page. Cards are never stored by this store — the payment provider handles the card details and returns only a confirmation of the result.

No. Guest checkout is supported. Creating an account simply keeps your order history and wishlist in one place, and you can always track a guest order with the order number from your confirmation email plus your email address.

Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been packed we will do our best to change or cancel it. Once an order has shipped it must be handled through the returns process.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within the published returns window. Contact support with your order number to start a return. The full terms are on the returns policy page.

Specifications are entered per product and shown exactly as configured. Catalog listings marked as sample data are awaiting inventory verification and may still change. If a specification matters for your purchase, ask us before ordering.

Use the track order page with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Signed-in customers can also see every order under account.
