This policy explains what ROCHE STORE collects when you browse or order, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the checkout it provides.

Order information: the name, email address, phone number and shipping address you enter at checkout, together with the items, quantities and totals of your order.
Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe on their hosted checkout page. We receive the result of the payment and a payment reference, never your full card number or CVC.
Account information: if you create an account, we store your name, email address, and the orders, wishlist items and preferences linked to that account.
Messages you send us: the content of contact form submissions and support email, including any order number you include.
Newsletter: the email address you submit if you choose to join our list.
Technical information: standard server logs needed to operate and secure the store, such as the pages requested and error records.
How we use it
To process and fulfil orders, calculate shipping and tax, take payment, and keep you informed about your order.
To provide customer support and handle returns, refunds and disputes.
To operate your account, save your wishlist and show your order history.
To send newsletter updates, only if you asked for them, and to stop as soon as you unsubscribe.
To keep the store secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Sharing
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Shipping carriers receive the delivery details needed to deliver your parcel.
We use service providers for hosting, database and email delivery, who process data on our instructions.
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose data only where a provider is needed to run the store, or where the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete account details that are not required for those records.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to contact@rochestore.shop.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any mailing or by contacting us.
